How do I log a meal?

Type what you ate in plain English (e.g. "chicken burrito bowl with rice, beans and guac") or snap a photo. Oli's AI breaks it into individual items with calories, protein, carbs and fat. You can edit any item if something looks off.

Oli got my meal wrong — how do I fix it?

Open the meal and tap any item to adjust the amount, swap the item, or remove it. Totals update instantly. Corrections help make future logging faster.

How do cycle-aware targets work?

If you enable cycle tracking, Oli adjusts your daily calorie and macro targets based on your cycle phase. You can turn this on or off anytime in settings.

How do I change my calorie and macro targets?

Go to Settings → Targets to set daily calories, protein, carbs and fat manually, or let Oli suggest targets based on your goal.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all logged data. You can also email us and we'll handle it.
